Our Founder
Jessica van Dop DeJesus is the founder of The Dining Traveler Media Group, LLC. Jessica is an award-winning travel and food digital content creator, author, and social media strategist. She began traveling as a young Marine over 25 years ago and has been to over 60 countries on and off duty. She spent most of her post-collegiate years Living and working abroad. The journey began with a military tour in Okinawa, Japan, six years in Belgium (with a year in Germany in between), and back to living in Washington, DC. Priya Konings is a freelance food and travel writer and photographer in the Washington, D.C. area. Her passions include writing and photography, traveling the world, and eating delicious vegetarian fare locally and globally. Priya was bitten by the travel bug when she was just six months old when she went on her first adventure with her parents. Since then, she has been wine tasting in Tuscany, hiking in Macchu Picchu, camping in the Sahara, hot air ballooning in Cappadocia, and has marveled at seeing the sunrise over the Himalayas and the sunset over Mont Blanc. Her favorite memories include eating tacos with friends from a street food stand in Mexico City, sampling fresh arepas in Cartagena with her husband, and indulging in pisco sours in Lima with her sister. Audrey Wong is a videographer and content creator passionate about capturing all things food & travel. Her interest in food and photography developed in her early teens and continues to influence her journey.
