\nIt’s easy to have autonomy on what you eat… until you get on the road. Living in the DC area can be challenging at times with long car trips, being stuck in traffic, and sacrificing your taste buds when you get “hangry” after being on the road all day. I’ve been trying to work on eating healthier as this Dining Traveler has packed on a few pounds as last year was filled with life changes.
