I had my first encounter last year for about 48 hours and I’m going back next month for 5 days. I will be adventuring outside of San Juan. I am trying to stay in Luquillo and hit the rain forest and maybe catch the ferry to Vieques. I love this island and the fact that I don’t need a passport to go and sit on some of the world’s most beautiful beaches!
