I literally live for Mexican food, but not so much Tex mex; I love all the flavors! Everywhere I travel I try to find the best Mexican but I agree, it’s hard to find outside of the Americas.

I went to one in Japan so awful I couldn’t finish my meal, LOL. Found a good one in Amsterdam, Los Pilones, owned by a Mexican chef. Bummer your Paris place is closed…

All the attempts at replicating in Thailand were disappointing, Cambodia did a little bit better but the margaritas were off, and I did find one delicious place hidden in Paris called Rice & Beans, looks like it closed though 🙁
